Preparation
1. Remove the lid from the frozen box.
2. Heat the box in the oven at 180 degree for approx. 20 minutes.
3. Stir well and let cool down for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add remedies, seasoning, and "Life Enzyme Elixir".
