Healing Food products are plant-based and inspired by your individual needs. We use ingredients primarily low on lectine, a family of proteins found in almost all foods, which pass through the gut lining into the blood and lymphatic system. As a result, they can create inflammation and immune stress throughout the body. Healing Food guidelines are drawn from 1000 years of wisdom in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, as well as from scientific research. Erkan Chaka, Founder of GreenGo, and Kai Mueller, three-time "Wellness Cuisine of the Year" winner and CEO of Healing Food & Healing Food Consulting, working together to bring you the culinary possibilities of truly unique functional foodsFeatured dishes are energizing, boost brain activity and overall health for better wellbeing.

Meet both of them during the event week from 12 - 16 September 2022 at GreenGo, Halle de Rive, right in the heart of Geneva, Switzerland.


Who We Are

GreenGo was born from a simple idea: we are at the heart of a new era and a new culture! Today, vegetarian gastronomy continues to develop and convince: "The world is ready."

Recently, plant-based gastronomy has experienced constant growth and has convinced Erkan Chaka, the founder of GreenGo, that the world is ready for a culinary revolution. For his love of cooking, he founded GreenGo and took on new challenges.


He wants to break the codes and constantly revisit traditional dishes according to the seasons. Vegetable gardens and orchards are an infinite source of inspiration for him. In 2016, the first 100% vegetarian takeaway food stall was born in the heart of the Halle de Rive.

"Cooking has been my passion for many years, so my career choice was a no-brainer. My years of experience have only strengthened my determination to pursue the exciting career of a chef! The art of cooking is to please. I retain this daily to satisfy the most demanding taste buds. Born and raised in Germany, Kai Mueller is a determined dreamer and culinary revolutionist with a passionate and heartfelt mission to impact people's lives with the right plant-based foods for healthy living.

As the winner of three "Wellness Cuisine of the Year" Asia awards, Kai stands out for his unique coaching approach and passion for creating healing food solutions in the world of well-being.

With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality and numerous culinary health and wellness positions, Kai has worked on various holistic business models as an Executive Chef, on Corporate Level, and as a Consultant.​

He is CEO of  Healing Food Consulting and the startup Healing Food. Kai works currently as Corporate Director of F&B Health and Wellness at the startup YinYang Reserves & Residences, a new development for the UHNWI by Pamela Baldwin, opening in 2023.

Kai is also the Executive Culinary Consultant at Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa in Thailand, Asia's most successful and famous wellness resort and one of the leading wellness resorts globally.

"Having worked with doctors, therapists, and healers to mentor high-end clients as they retreat from overloaded work and life schedules, I know first-hand the positive impact food has on the body and brain. Clients have been rejuvenated and freed of brain fog, relieved from stress symptoms, and now enjoy better overall health. However, the challenge is to incorporate healing foods into daily life. The Scientific Context

Healthy eating is so important, especially in the morning. While the effects of diet on our physical health have long been known, neuro-nutrition researchers have discovered that our mental state is also affected by what we eat.
